Q: How can you offer mobile covers at such a low price?
- The customer orders direct from us - there is no middle man to pay.
- We are committed to offering our products at a "true" price. We don't expect customers to pay more to cover for the winter months when we receive very little orders.
- Our materials are ordered in bulk quantities, ensuring that we can obtain a discount. We then pass this discount on to our customers.
- Our products are designed, manufactured and assembled by our staff - we do not pay for external labour.
Q: Can you deliver your products outside of the UK?
Yes - Although we will charge extra to deliver to anywhere outside of mainland UK. Please call us for a quotation.
Q: Can you manufacture your products in other sizes?
Yes - The products featured on this site are our standard designs but we can adapt our designs to suit your requirements.
Q: I have my own design for sightscreens / covers / etc. Can you make it for me?
Possibly - We are happy to look at other designs and quote you accordingly to manufacture it.
Q: How long can I expect to wait for delivery?
For mobile covers - normally within 4 weeks, for sight screens and nets - normally within 3 weeks. Although during particularly busy times we may ask to allow 6 weeks for mobile covers and 4 weeks for sight screens or nets.
Q: Can I order extra sections of mobile covers to cover more of the bowlers run up?
Yes - Simply let us know how many extra sections you want and we will deliver them.
Q: Can you supply side or end sheets for mobile covers to cover adjacent pitches and bowlers run up?
Yes - these are available as an optional extra. Just let us know at the time of ordering
Q: Can you supply us extra hose to disperse rain further away from the pitch?
Yes - Just let us know how much extra you require.
Q: I have never heard of Accranut, how can I be sure of buying a good product?
The company has been in existence for over 30 years, manufacturing various products which are sold to multi-national companies based all over the world. These companies have approved our quality system and have been ordering from us for a number of years, proving that they are happy with our products and standard of workmanship. We only order materials from quality approved suppliers to ensure that we supply our customers with a good product, manufactured from good materials. In addition, each of our products are comprehensively checked before being distributed to comply with our strict quality system.
Q: What material do you use on your anti-vandalism design mobile covers?
The material is a high quality roofing material manufactured from hot dipped zinc galvanized steel for maximum protection against corrosion. This material is then coated in 200 micron thick plastisol in the required colour. The plastisol colour acts as a second protector against corrosion whilst giving an attractive appearance. This is similar to the cladding material which can be seen on new sports centres, industrial units, etc. We could use cheaper materials and reduce our prices (by using corrugated form galvanized sheeting) - but we believe that it's better to spend a little extra to be supplied with a much better product. After all, you will be wanting to use this product for a number of years.
Q: What material do you use on your canvas type covers?
The material is a high quality durable PVC which is available in a range of colours.
Q: What colours are available for mobile covers?
There are around 30 colours to choose from. Most clubs seem to stick with green, white or blue but you can have whichever you like. We can e-mail you a colour card if required to show the range.
Q: What sort of special offers do you have?
From time to time we have special offers available which are advertised on this website. In the past we have offered Model CC01 for £4000 + Vat, 2 sightscreens and a set of Model CC02 covers for an unbeatable price, order for next season and pay todays prices, etc. Special offers are only available for a limited time so please check our website regularly for new offers.
Q: How long does it take to assemble a set of covers?
A standard set of mobile covers can normally be assembled within one day although this depends on the weather, time of starting, etc.
Q: Will you require anything on the day of assembly?
Yes. All we require access to a power point, although we would be grateful if you could make toilets and shelter available in case it rains!
Q: How do we order from you?
We try to make ordering as easy as possible for our customers. All we require is a written order on club letter headed paper confirming your order and leave the rest to us. We don't even ask for a deposit - simply pay in full when your product is delivered. You can also call us or email us to place your order, but this will have to be followed up by an official written order. If your sponsor is buying the product for you, a written order from him will also be accepted.
